Syncing Metafield Values

Once you've imported your product and customer metafields into MetaSeek, the values will remained synced with Shopify using the following methods:

1. Webhook sync​

Whenever a customer, product or variant is created, updated or deleted, any metafields associated with that customer, product or variant will be updated in MetaSeek

2. 30 minute incremental sync​

Every 30 minutes, MetaSeek searches for any customers, products or variants that have been updated. Any metafields associated with those customers, products or variants will be updated in MetaSeek.

3. Manual sync​

You can trigger a manual sync by clicking the Sync metafields button on the Product/Variant Metafields or Customer Metafields page in Shopify Admin: Manual sync

Sync Status​

You can view the status and time of the previous sync by heading to the Product/Variant Metafields or Customer Metafields page in Shopify Admin: import-complete
