Required Fields Alert
POSify is unable to completely block the POS checkout if required fields are missing values. This is a limitation of the Shopify POS app, and not of POSify.
By default, POSify will only request that a required field is filled in when the user is adding product/cart customizations:

The Show required fields alert setting will display a warning to the user when there are required cart or product fields that are missing data. These warnings are displayed on the POSify POS app tile, and in the POSify POS app:

With the Show required fields alert setting enabled, the app tile will be highlighted in blue when:
- There is a required cart field that is missing data
- A product has been added to the cart that has a required field that is missing data
The badge in the corner of the app tile displays the number of missing required fields.
When the required data has been added to the cart/products, the warning will be removed:

With the Show required fields alert setting enabled, the following alerts are displayed within the POSify POS app:
- The 'Add cart information' button turns blue, and contains the word (Required)
- The Cart products tab is automatically selected, and a badge appears under any products that have missing required fields
When the required data has been added to the cart/products, the warning will be removed:
Force opening the POS app
The Force POS App Popup field setting will forcibly open the POSify POS app when a product is added to the cart that has a required field associated with it. This setting can be activated from a field's Advanced Settings, when it has been marked as Required:
POSify will require the user to enter a value into the required field to prevent the app from re-opening every time a new product is added to the cart.
